Because all of our jewelry is handmade in limited quantities often one-of-a-kind we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your necklace arrives damaged or you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to ensure that you love your piece and find the best solution for your situation.
Exchange Policy
Although returns are not accepted, we do offer a 7 day exchange policy.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- It must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the e-receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exchanges are subject to approval and may be rejected at our discretion.
